28 Tomorrow!

Well what a year the last has been. Too many things have happened but here are a couple that I can think of...

Since my last birthday I moved into my own flat and successfully began to drink large amounts of beer. There have been some notable nights, especially New Years Eve 2005 where Marilyn manage to suffer a fate worse than death and I was *escorted*(read dragged) out of an establishment around 1 in the morning. Suffice to say I don't remember the New year coming and the old one going but I did manage to get home and sadly mistake my sofa for my toilet... waking up to that one was less than good.

Women have come and gone as have many nights in the club of lost memories. Black Sambuca has been abused along with Rhubarb and Custard and even the odd fireball(thanks to Jono I had my throat ripped out buy a zillion drops of tobasco in my shot) - who could forget that one.

All day drinking sessions have taken place in the Black Sambuca Bar where England triumphed over their enemies and beer was thrown all over the place. A change of shirt was required after that. Fortunately I didn't have chips with tomato sauce and have to go home FOR THE SECOND time due to my inability to eat without spilling red sauce all down my top.

I managed to worm my way off shift into a day job, where I have been for hmmmm 6 months at least now. I am so much less tired than I was - brilliant!

Many a weekend has been spent with the boys abusing Mario and watching the latest season of Power Rangers(which incidentally I think I have just downloaded the season finale to watch tomorrow with them - woooohoooo!).

I have joined a new Kung Fu school and have become a billy no belt once again, but already in the space of 1 month my skills have improved. Definitely the right choice was made.

It's hard enough remembering what happened last week, let alone what happened in the last year - all the Thursdays roll into one. The weekends pass quicker and quicker. Before you know it I will be bald, old and fat.... oh wait a minute.... I already am!

So here's to you Thursday night drinkers - for the past year and for the future year, may there be many more alcohol fuelled nights of binge drinking and debauchery.
